Understanding how we compute shipping and handling costs!
We use shipping by weight computation in our shopping cart at checkout.
- Each of our items are given a weight to calculate shipping costs.
- We give our items very reasonable weight estimates that may include packaging weight, that will ensure product safety when in shipment and to keep your shipping costs minimal.
- As you add items to your cart, weights are added together and processed through our computation method(s) to determine a shipping cost.
- Due to the vast array of items we carry from very light weight gemstones to heavy rocks, calculating shipping costs is very difficult to estimate.
- If you feel that the estimated cost is overstated or you are just not sure, we added the "Special Handling" method that allows you to purchase and check out, then call us to discuss the shipping and handling of your items.

Delivery of your item(s)
Please be advised we hold the right to alter all shipping methods of items. When this case arises we will contact and advise the customer(s) before doing so.
Remember, the estimated delivery date is approximate. Some specialty items may require additional delivery time.
USPS Mail carriers do not deliver on Sundays or major holidays and that packages shipping from our vendors may take a few extra days to arrive.
FedEx does not deliver on Sunday's and Saturady deliveries require additional costs.
We also offer local pickup at our San Marcos location.
